WHAT’S INCLUDED?

Bed linen, towels and complimentary toiletries will be provided and a fully equipped kitchen with all the amenities you could need.


DO YOU TAKE THE FULL PAYMENT AT THE TIME OF BOOKING?

Yes. However you can cancel up to 14 days before your stay and receive a full refund.


DO YOU ALLOW PETS?

Yes, we do by prior arrangement. There is an additional cost of £40 per dog to cover additional cleaning costs. (Subject to a maximum of 2 dogs)


WHAT TIME IS CHECK IN AND CHECK OUT?

Check in is from 4pm and check out is by 10am. Please try not to arrive before 4pm, unless previously arranged, as we don’t have any waiting facilities.


IS THERE WIFI?

Yes, there is Wi-Fi at River Cottage. Please be aware that it is mobile Wi-Fi and therefore it may not be as fast as fibre broadband !


WHERE DO WE GET THE KEY FROM WHEN WE ARRIVE?

The Cottage will be ready when you arrive. The key is located in a key safe, the code will be provided to you at least 24 hours before you check in.


WHAT ABOUT TAXI’S, DO THEY PICK UP FROM RIVER COTTAGE ?

Yes they do! However, its best to pre-book as its very hard to get a taxi last minute.
